Thank you so much for your support of YALLFest 2012. It’s exciting to see so many of you coming from so many great places across the South and the rest of the country!

*Keynote and Smackdown tickets. If you were emailed a PDF of a ticket to print out, please bring it. If not, you’re still fine. Every one who bought a ticket is getting in, we promise. You can bring your receipt, plus we have your name on the list. No need to worry in the slightest. The Keynote is at 10 am, the Smackdown is at 6 pm, both are at Charleston Music Hall, 37 John Street, Charleston, SC, 29403. Tickets for both events are still on sale online through Friday, and will be available at the door.

*Cassandra Clare signing — will be at 12 pm in the upstairs lobby of the Charleston Music Hall. You will need to swing by Blue Bicycle Books (very close to the Music Hall) to pick up a number. For full info on this, see http://yallfest.org/books

*Panel Schedule — a full schedule and a map of the three venues is located at http://yallfest.org/schedule. Please be aware that there may be last-minute changes.

*Speaking of — Michelle Jaffe, Matt de la Pena, and Grady Hendrix have all had to pull out of the festival. Blame Hurricane Sandy.

*Ellen Hopkins — will be signing at 11 am in the Big Tent next to Blue Bicycle Books. This is our only author signing before her panel.

*Parking — info on parking and hotels is here http://yallfest.org/AccommodationsNote that the Camden Exchange Garage (between the Charleston Music Hall and the Hampton Inn) may fill up quickly. The Visitors Center Garage is larger and easier to get in and out of. For both garages, the City of Charleston has swung us a deal for $5 for all day. Just print out the voucher on that webpage. There is no parking in the lot next to Blue Bicycle Books.

*Pie — Twenty-Six Divine will sell pie all day in the parking lot. And there are a number of lunch options very close by.
