An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending YALLFest, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, and agree to follow any guidelines set in place by the YALLFest team.
YALLFest has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind, including but not limited to:
stalking, intimidation, offensive verbal comments, physical assault and/or battery, harassing or non-consensual photography or recording, sustained disruption of programs (panels, signings, meet-ups, and other events), bathroom policing, inapropriate physical contact, unwelcome physical attention, in relation to, but not limited to: race, color, national origin, gender, gender identity, gender presentation, sexual orientation, age, body size, disability, appearance, religion, citizenship, pregnancy.
If a person engages in harassing behavior, YALLFest Staff will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate, including expulsion from the festival. Our policy applies to EVERYONE at the convention. Exhibitors, Attendees, Authors, Speakers, Guests, Press, Staff, Volunteers, and Security are all subject to our anti-harassment policy. This applies in the public venues as well as all festival staff spaces, green rooms, parties, and VIP events.
Anyone can report harassment. If someone’s behavior has made you uncomfortable, or if you witness the same happening to someone else, you should immediately contact YALLFest Staff or Security. You may also come to the YALLFest Festival Office at Blue Bicycle Books (420 King St, Charleston, SC 29403, 843-722-2666) to report an incident. If necessary, we will contact local law enforcement, provide escort, offer a safe place or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to make sure they feel safe for the rest of YALLFest.
Remember: Keep your hands to yourself. If you would like to take a picture with or of another fan or an author or other participant, always ask first and respect that person’s right to say no. Common sense and kindness are always the rule.

Protecting your privacy is really important to us. Accordingly, we are providing this Privacy Policy to explain our practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information that we receive when you use our Services (as defined in our Terms of Service) This Privacy Policy applies only to those websites, services and applications included within “Services” and does not apply to any third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are accessible through our Services. Also, please note that, unless we define a term in this Privacy Policy, all capitalized words used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.
Our information Collection and Use
Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our Services, to administer your use of the Services, and to enable you to enjoy and easily navigate our Services.
Personally Identifiable Information. When you create an Account we’ll collect certain information that can be used to identify you, such as your name, email address and phone number (“Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII“). We may also collect certain information that is not PII because it cannot be used by itself to identify you, such as your gender, date of birth and zip code.
SNS Accounts. If you choose to connect your use of the Services with one of your SNS Accounts such as Facebook or Twitter, you may have to provide us with your username (or userID) so that your identity can be authenticated by the SNS Account. When the authentication is complete, we’ll be able to link your use of the Services with the SNS Account and share your User Content with such SNS Account according to the selections you make via the Services. We may access certain PII linked to your SNS account made available according to your privacy settings. We do not receive or store passwords for any of your SNS Accounts.
Information Collected Using Cookies. We collect certain information through the use of “cookies,” which are small text files that are saved by your browser when you access our Services. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to identify that you’ve logged in to the Services and to tell us how and when you interact with our Services. What Information Do We Share With Third Parties?
We will not share any PII that we have collected from you except as described below:
Services Providers. We may engage third party service providers to work with us to administer and provide the Services. Your Consent or at Your Request. We will share your PII with third-party sites or platforms, such as social networking sites, if you have expressly requested that we do so.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information that we collect from or about you (including your PII) from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Please be aware, however, that no method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing information is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information.

Our Services may contain links to other websites and services. Any information that you provide on or to a third-party website or service is provided directly to the owner of the website or service and is subject to that party’s privacy policy. Modifying Your Information
Account members will be able to maintain and update their user profile information. You may delete your account profile information via the services. After you delete your account, some of your personally identifiable information may still be stored on our servers. If you want us to delete your PII, please contact us at support@Animojiapp.com with your request. We’ll take steps to delete your information as soon as is practicable, but some information may remain in archived/backup copies for our records or as otherwise required by law. We are not responsible or liable for the removal or deletion of (or the failure to remove or delete) any of your User Content.
International Transfer
Your PII may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you’re located outside the United States and choose to provide your PII to us, we may transfer your PII to the United States and process it there.
Our Policy Toward Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect PII from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected PII of a child under 13 we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.
